Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Stavy, each product is made to match your vibe — but if something feels off, here’s what you need to know:

 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.

  • To cancel, email us at support@shopstavy.com with your order number.


 Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Received a damaged product

  • Received a wrong item

  • Wrong size received (not if the chosen size doesn’t fit — please check our size chart carefully)

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Share an unboxing video and clear images of the product

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

⚠️ Return/Exchange Charges:
A ₹100 handling & shipping fee will be applicable for any return or exchange request.

Once approved, we will initiate pickup and process your exchange/refund.


 Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if the product is damaged or wrong AND we cannot replace it.

  • Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
