At Stavy, each product is made to match your vibe — but if something feels off, here’s what you need to know:
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted.

To cancel, email us at support@shopstavy.com with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

Received a damaged product

Received a wrong item
-
Wrong size received (not if the chosen size doesn’t fit — please check our size chart carefully)
To be eligible:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

Share an unboxing video and clear images of the product

The product must be unused and in original packaging
⚠️ Return/Exchange Charges:
A ₹100 handling & shipping fee will be applicable for any return or exchange request.
Once approved, we will initiate pickup and process your exchange/refund.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the product is damaged or wrong AND we cannot replace it.

Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
